PitLane Hub Terms and Conditions

PitLane Hub is a community app for sim racing drivers, teams, events and staff-managed community initiatives. The app is developed and managed by UP101.
By using PitLane Hub, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of the app
You must use PitLane Hub lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended community, event, profile and app-related features.
2. Google Sign-In and account access
PitLane Hub may use Google Sign-In to allow users to access app features, manage their driver profile, preferences, event participation and Premium features. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
3. Driver profile, PSN ID and country
You may be asked to provide a declared PSN ID and country. The declared PSN ID is stored as a profile field and is separate from the Google account display name.
You must not impersonate another player or enter profile information that is intentionally false, misleading or abusive.
4. Community conduct
You must not use PitLane Hub for harassment, spam, scams, abuse, fake profiles, manipulation, cheating, unauthorized scraping or illegal activity.
5. Events, teams and staff decisions
PitLane Hub may provide tools for events, teams, calendars, leaderboards, prize requests and staff review. Event participation, results, rewards and community decisions may be reviewed, corrected, approved or rejected by staff.
Staff decisions may be final where required for fairness, safety, abuse prevention or operational reasons.
6. PitLane Credits (PLC)
PitLane Credits are internal community credits used only for approved PitLane Hub community initiatives, rewards or staff-managed activities.
- PLC are not money.
- PLC are not virtual currency.
- PLC are not cryptocurrency.
- PLC cannot be purchased.
- PLC cannot be transferred between users.
- PLC cannot be converted into money.
- PLC are not refundable.
PLC may be approved, adjusted, reduced, rejected or removed by staff in cases of error, abuse, manipulation, duplicate claims or rule violations.
7. Rewards, gift cards and community initiatives
Rewards and initiatives may be subject to availability, staff verification and specific rules. Some items shown in the app, including gift card information, may be informational or staff-managed and may not be directly redeemable with PLC.
8. Premium features and Google Play
Some features may be offered as Premium features through Google Play. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play according to Google Play systems, terms and policies.
9. Intellectual Property Notice
PitLane Hub, including its name, logo, interface, visual design, texts, software, backend systems, event structures, PitLane Credits system, reward system, staff tools, databases, workflows and related services, is proprietary to UP101.
All related names, designs, software, content and services are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws where applicable.
10. Prohibited copying, reverse engineering and derivative works
You may not copy, clone, reproduce, imitate, redistribute, resell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works based on PitLane Hub, its software, backend, UI, systems, structure, event logic, PLC logic or reward logic without prior written authorization from UP101.
Unauthorized use of PitLane Hub names, designs, content, structure, software, backend logic or services is prohibited.
11. No official affiliation
PitLane Hub is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected to Gran Turismo, PlayStation, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Amazon, Discord, Google, Polyphony Digital, FIA or any racing organization.
All third-party names, brands, trademarks, platforms and services belong to their respective owners.
12. Availability and changes
PitLane Hub is provided as-is. UP101 may update, change, suspend, limit or discontinue features as the product evolves, including for technical, safety, legal or operational reasons.
13. Limitation of liability
UP101 is not responsible for indirect losses, user disputes, event cancellations, third-party platform issues, service interruptions, incorrect user-submitted information or community decisions made in good faith.
